Thank you Ed.  I must admit I had to read your post twice to realize that what is a long time coming is, in fact, us! 

We are thrilled to know you feel that way and couldn't agree more that it has the potential for adding great value to all those in the commercial real estate and envrinmental due diligence fields.    On behalf of the commonground team, we appreciate your sharing your thoughts with the community.  If everyone who reads this told just one colleague to become a member, you can only imagine the additional volume of comments and expertise we would gain in short order.
