As a Senior Analyst at EDR, I am responsible for analyzing and interpreting Phase I ESA market activity data, conducting industry surveys on environmental risk management and monitoring trends in the commercial real estate market. I speak at workshops for environmental consultants, lenders and corporations, educating them on industry trends and best practices. I also serve as a contributing editor to EDR’s ESA Report and several other industry newsletters, which are collectively subscribed to by more than 22,000 professionals. In addition to my role at EDR, I am the membership secretary for the ASTM E 50.02. sub-committee.

I hold a B.A. in International Studies and Asian Studies from Fairfield University. My husband and I live in Norwalk, CT with our cat.
