PCA spans 24 detailed and challenging modules covering the critical topics and must know information prior to conducting physical due diligence on a property. Content includes:

Property Condition Assessment course content is provided via a facilitated online forum over a six week period using a blended approach of online learning modules,and discussion forums with the instructor and classmates, short quizzes, and a final exam. Approximately 30 hours of content is included.
A certificate of completion is provided to all attendees who get 260 out of a possible 330 points by completing the modules, taking short quizzes, and contributing to the forums.
