“This course forced me to step back and look at how I was conducting my site visits and interviews. You get into a habit of doing the visit a particular way (not necessarily the right way for a particular site). I have already altered my mental checklist that goes with our printed one."
"I have 12 years of experience of researching appendices, conducting site visits and writing Phase I ESAs. However, I still felt I was constantly learning something new and helpful that I did not already know simply because I had never experienced a particular circumstance or hypothetical situation.”
