    I have worked with PM on a variety of projects and have never been disappointed. The work product was high quality and it delievered on time. As an added bonus, the people with whom I have worked are personable and were able to answer my clients' questions clearly, which in turn made me look like a genius for recommending the company.

    I have worked with PM Environmental (PME) as both a business partner and vendor for 9+ years. In both capacities I can attest to PME's expertise and responsiveness to their clients needs. PME is seen as an expert in the rules and regulations affecting financial institutions as evidenced by their annual speaking engagements at the MI SBA lenders conference and various other banking conferences. Many financial institutions have also had them write and implement their environmental policies. Anyone seeking environmental due diligence services would be well served by PME's professionals.

    PM Environmental has been an outstanding environmental partner to work with. The key principal, Mike Kulka has on many occasions gone the “extra mile” by thoroughly explaining to all parties what specifically the process is, and what specifically needs to be done. He has given my customers a high level of comfort and confidence that things are being done appropriately. Our Bank (Fifth Third) has been working with PM Environmental for many years, and consider them a key environmental partner.

    PM Environmental is a professional and diligent consulting firm. It has been my experience while working at JP Morgan Chase that PME has always produced reliable and consistent reports. PM Environmental understands the banks policies/procedures and the dynamics involved in closing a transaction. I enjoyed working with PME for over 6 years and hope to continue in the future.
